Service fees are charged to support travel planning, reservation processing, booking systems, and customer assistance provided for your itinerary. These fees may vary depending on the type of booking, destination, airline, cruise line, or travel complexity.

All applicable service fees are displayed before checkout so you can review your total travel cost with complete transparency.

  • After 24 hours, standard non-refundable service fee rules may apply.

  • Up to $50 per passenger for online vacation package bookings.
  • Up to $200 per passenger for Business or First-Class airfare bookings.
  • Up to $100 for multi-city or open-jaw travel itineraries.
  • Up to $40 per passenger on high-fraud-risk destinations.
  • Up to $55 per passenger for flexible travel options, including alternate dates or nearby airports.
  • Up to $200 per passenger for cruise reservations.
  • Up to $100 service fee for unaccompanied minor bookings.

Contact Center Service Fees

Phone-assisted reservations may include higher service fees depending on itinerary complexity and booking assistance required. Charges may range from $15–$250 per passenger (or up to $125 for senior travelers).
